This policy applies to purchases made directly through prakritisena.com, operated by Prakriti Interactive Labs Private Limited.
1. Returns within 24 hours of delivery
You may request a return of an eligible physical product within 24 hours of delivery, based on the delivery time recorded by our courier partner. Your request must be emailed to info@prakritisena.com within this period. The returned package does not need to reach us within 24 hours.
For a change-of-mind return, the product must be unused, unassembled and complete, with its original packaging, accessories and included materials. Proof of purchase is required.
Physical products purchased at a discount are eligible under the same conditions. Refunds are based on the amount actually paid.
2. How to request a return
Email info@prakritisena.com with:
- Your order number.
- The product you wish to return.
- The reason for your request.
- Photographs showing the issue, where relevant.
We will review your request and provide return instructions and the return address. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Once approved, please hand the package to the designated courier or dispatch it as instructed within 7 calendar days of approval.
3. Return shipping costs
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete product, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs and arrange the appropriate resolution.
For an eligible change-of-mind return, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Any collection charge will be disclosed before you agree to it. Original delivery charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.
4. Damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete orders
Please inspect your order on delivery and report any problems as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours. Retain the packaging and share photographs where available.
Depending on the issue, we will arrange replacement parts, a replacement product or a refund, as appropriate and in accordance with applicable law.
The unused-product and original-packaging conditions for change-of-mind returns do not prevent you from reporting a genuine product defect. Reporting after three days does not remove any rights available under applicable consumer law.
5. Digital products
Digital products cannot be returned and are not eligible for change-of-mind cancellations, exchanges or refunds after purchase. This includes downloadable workbooks, worksheets, PDFs and other digital content.
Please read the product description and format requirements before purchasing.
If a download is not delivered, a file is faulty or inaccessible, or you receive digital content different from what you purchased, email info@prakritisena.com. We will help restore access, provide the correct working file or issue a refund where appropriate or required by law.
For bundles containing physical and digital products, this exclusion applies to the digital component. Eligible physical components remain subject to the physical-product return conditions. Any refund will reflect the price attributable to the returned components.
6. Other exclusions
Personalised or custom-made products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Physical products that have been used, assembled, damaged after delivery or returned with missing components are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
These exclusions do not limit remedies for defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed products.
7. Exchanges
Please contact us to request a return. Once the return is approved, you may place a separate order for the replacement product you want, subject to availability.
8. Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return and confirm whether your refund is approved. If declined, we will explain why.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the amount.
For cash-on-delivery orders, we will agree on a bank-transfer or UPI refund method with you.
If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, contact info@prakritisena.com with your order number.
9. Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights or remedies under applicable Indian consumer protection laws, including those relating to defective, deficient, misdescribed or undelivered products.
